Toin Thar Ceann (Somersault)
A lost troupe of travelling tumblers park up somewhere in your city. They are on a search for identity, home, respect and a good price for 20 meters of quality carpet. Plying their trade of circus, a cramped carny caravan of aerial, acrobatics and music.
We reinvent the world of circus, by using and exploring new attitudes and ideas and fusing them with the traditional skills of circus. Creating a contemporized world of circus, a vision of humanity played out through the toys of the circus performers and the games of the clown.
The show is a light hearted jaunt into the soul of man, alive with the endless possibility of the human body, the joy of performing, and the humanity of success and failure. Ordinary people doing extraordinary things.
