Instagram ‘Winter Circus October Giveaway’ Competition Terms and Conditions 

Terms and Conditions 

  • To enter: Follow us and share our competition post to your stories and tag @tumblecircus 
  • T&C’s: Open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Max one entry per person. Winner chosen at random. Closing date midnight on 27th October 2022 (UK time). 
  • The promoter of this competition is Tumble Circus. 
  • The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. 
  • There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. 
  • A maximum of one entry will be accepted per person. 
    • Closing date for entry will be midnight on 27th October 2022 (UK time). After this date, no further entries to the competition will be counted. 
  • No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received by the closing for whatever reason. 
  • The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: Follow Tumble Circus on Instagram, share our competition post on your stories, tagging @tumblecircus in that story. If your account is set to private we may not see your entry. Tumble Circus cannot accept responsibility for our inability to see your post due to settings you have enabled on your account.  
  • The prize is as follows: Four tickets to Winter Circus by Tumble Circus at Writers’ Square, Belfast on a date and time of your choosing (subject to availability)
  • The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another suitable prize without giving notice. 
  • The prize does not include the cost of travel to or from the venue, accommodation, or refreshments.
  • Winners will be chosen at random. 
  • The winner will be notified on the Instagram platform within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not  respond to our notification message to claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 
  • The promoter will require a UK delivery address.
  • The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final with no right of appeal. No correspondence will be entered into questioning this decision. 
  • The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the law of Northern Ireland and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland. 
  • Any winner agrees to the use of their name in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. 
  • Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. 
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network.
